I think we get the message loud and clear. Many of us fans were left with a bitter taste after watching the adventures of Legolas.. er.. I mean Battle of Five Armies?
It was rather sad that many important scenes were left out to give more screen time to the blonde elf. I cried for sure, but I have yet to determine how much of my tears were shed for the Durins deaths and how much were shed over bitter deception to see THAT is how our last journey through Middle Earth ends.
I HOPE some of my ill feelings are quenched with the Extended Edition. Else, I think I will grab my torch and pitch fork and join the riot!
For now, I believe this to be the last Elf Bash strip. I have gotten it out of my system the only way an artist can. I hope I did justice with the made-up scenes in this strip.
As for the Smokenshield calendar at the end, well.. we needed some eye candy, didn't we?
I regret nothing!

Given the popularity of these comic strips, I fall short with thanking every person that adds them to favorites individually. So I offhandedly thank all the ones that comment and fave them.

Yeah, as much as I'll admit, Legolas IS alive during the Hobbit....HE WAS NEVER MENTIONED!!!...ever. Sigh.
I didn't mind him helping to capture the dwarves. I didn't mind him being with his Dad, interrogating the orc. I minded A LOT that he was in the third. 
Grrrr! Plus, they made him all pouty.
